Yes, I believe you are right on.  I looked at the chart for this winter a few months ago, and it looked very gnarly, with a prominent Saturn on the Ascendant, square the Moon on the MC.

		<description>I've been watching Nature - migration of ants and spiders into homes, as well as the flight paths of seagulls.  I've seen spiders everywhere indoors and the ants are already beginning to come in.  Also, seagulls usually hang around the ocean, but they are intermittantly coming into the main land area of the San Francisco peninsula, which isn't typical.

These are very old-fashioned, but traditional, European ways of forecasting weather.  As hard as this may be for some Californians to believe, we are probably going to have a very wet, if not stormy winter.</description>
