Horary Question:

Will I be able to change my job to a less stressful environment during 2007? I am a business executive and have been experiencing a very stressful job situation since 1999. I changed my job in November 2003 but has not seen any improvement in my tension.

I am very hardworking and dedicated to my job, my staff, and my employer. I do everything within my power with utmost dedication but results are not commensurate with my efforts. Projects get delayed and revenue targets are not met. Although I have brought significant reduction in annual operating loss of my current company, yet it is not enough to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. That’s why I want to take up some other job, which is not as stressful as my current job.

Nina Gryphon:

Dear M.,

Well, I don’t envy you. It so often seems that the people keeping companies running are those getting the least authority and credit for it. I guess they are too busy working to schmooze. Let’s see what lies ahead for you this year, job-wise. I cast a horary chart for the time that I understood your question. The horoscope for your question is below:

Find new job when? Horary Question

You are shown by ruler of the first house of self, Mars in Aquarius. This means that you are very much in the power of whatever is signified by the ruler of Aquarius, Saturn. Saturn is currently very negative; in the sign of its detriment (Leo) and retrograde. When the Great Malefic is unhappy, he is quite nasty. Saturn rules your 10th house of career, so we see that your current job is indeed quite negative. Mars has recently left the sign of its exaltation, Capricorn, where he was still in the power of Saturn, but at least held a high position. At the moment, Mars is still influenced by Saturn, because Mars is in Aquarius, but no longer enjoys such an exalted place. This might have to do with the change of your job almost 3 years ago.

We don’t see anything better happening to Mars in the near future, but we can also take a look at your co-significator, the Moon. The Moon is in the detriment of Saturn, so it shows that emotionally, you really hate your job. The good news is that the Moon is applying to a very strong Jupiter in Sagittarius. Jupiter is the Great Benefic, so one would assume that happy days are ahead. The aspect between the Moon and Jupiter will occur in about 3°, so we would imagine that you will improve your situation in three months (hopefully this does not signify years!). Jupiter is also the planet ruling Pisces, which is the next sign into which Mars will ultimately pass. This is another hint that another, much better job lies ahead for you.
