One of my favorite examples of this is Prince Charles' chart. He has the Moon (full) on the MC of his chart in Taurus. The Moon is in her exaltation and triplicity as well as being in hayz (she is a noctural planet, it's a noctural chart, she's in a noctural sign (Taurus) and is nocturnally placed (on the side of the chart opp. the Sun). This indicates that he has a super powerful 'mum'. Besides the MC being a power point in the chart, it's also the mother's house cusp. In practice, Mars is equally strong in Aries and Scorpio - I don’t know of anyone who makes that distinction when interpreting a horary chart, say - but will act differently. The Marsiness is the same, the way of expressing it is different in each sign.
