It is because it doesn't re-ignite the feel of the elcipse, right? It isn't at the same later degrees as the elcipse-nope you have yours at 13 degrees in Oct. Favorable aspects are such that they make things happen more easily than difficult aspects (square, opposition). Imagine two bad guys in a movie - when they get together, they create even more trouble than when they are apart. They are bad and will help each other do evil easily (sextile).
