I am not sure what you mean by "map beneficiar" - do you mean the Lord of the Geniture? If Mars is indeed your strongest planet, it would be very helpful to you. I would not use a progressed chart, because a horary can show events decade in advance if it wants to. I am not sure what you mean by “map beneficiar” - do you mean the Lord of the Geniture? If Mars is indeed your strongest planet, it would be very helpful to you. You might want to consider a natal reading to determine if this is indeed the case.

I am not familiar to the horary chart, so I would like to ask you this: since the selling of the house is now under a few years, shouldn't we use the progressed chart, and thus see the situation for the whole year ahead ? In the progressed chart, I have Venus in the 4H making 60* to Venus in the 6th in the PR.Couldn't be this a good period that will be helped by this beneficiary star, and give the situation a "push " ? Also , I read your article about one's map beneficiar . Checking it by the modern ways- for me it would be Pluto - or Mars in a traditional map.
