		<description>Interesting! If you look at the accepted birthtime it also shows Jupiter as the natural ruler of the Part of Fortune.  Also, the cazimi Venus is now the ruler of the 10th house.</description>

Yes, you are right about the birthtime; thank you for noting that.  Either way, this detrimented, rx Jupiter is greatly strengthened by the conjunction to Rigel, and really makes one see the importance of the fixed stars, even as compared to essential dignity.

Most sources (including Lois Roddens' Astrodatabank) give a time of 4:30 am yielding a chart with 29 Sagittarius and change rising, a much more believable one than Virgo. Jupiter's conjunction with Rigel assumes special prominence because Jupiter rules the 1st and Rigel has an ancient affinity with education, the core of Oprah's mission.</description>
