Most sources (including Lois Roddens' Astrodatabank) give a time of 4:30 am yielding a chart with 29 Sagittarius and change rising, a much more believable one than Virgo. Jupiter's conjunction with Rigel assumes special prominence because Jupiter rules the 1st and Rigel has an ancient affinity with education, the core of Oprah's mission.
